The HealthPlus Option offers the following advantages over the Standard Option:
- Lower plan year deductible and out-of-pocket maximum
- Lower prescription drug copays and no separate deductible
- Copays instead of coinsurance for doctor visits
To participate, log on to StayWell Online® to complete your Health Questionnaire and track your 2012 wellness points. Both employees/retirees and spouses/domestic partners should go to the homepage of LifeBenefits and click the employee/retiree or spouse/domestic partner button, as applicable. From there, you will be taken to StayWell Online.
