Here are some guidelines for earning points in 2012
Eligibility
Nearly all benefits-eligible employees, non-Medicare eligible retirees and their covered spouse/domestic partner can participate in the BP wellness programs.*
You do not need to be enrolled in the BP HealthPlus Option in order to participate in the BP wellness program.
Earning points
To be eligible for the HealthPlus Option for 2013/2014, you must earn 1,000 points during the 2012 calendar year.** There’s no limit to the number of activities you can complete. Points do not roll over from year to year. Both the employee/retiree and their spouse/domestic partner (if eligible) must each earn 1,000 points.
Tracking your points
At any time throughout the year, you can track your points online through your My Points Account on the StayWell Online website. My Points shows your point totals and lists the programs available to you so you can meet your goals.
Log on to StayWell Online from the homepage of LifeBenefits. If you have questions about your Points Bank balance, contact the StayWell HelpLine at 1-888-343-9862.
* AirBP Puerto Rico employees are not eligible to participate in the BP wellness programs in 2012/2013.
** Employees hired on or after January 1, 2012, as well as employees on international assignment, are encouraged — but not required — to take the Health Questionnaire and earn 1,000 points in 2012.
