New this year: You and your spouse/partner can now earn up to 750 points through financial wellness programs offered by PwC. Financial fitness assessment and coaching call (125 points)

An annual financial checkup should be part of everyone's financial plan. Complete a quick online assessment, discuss your results with a financial coach, and move toward a more secure future. Complete your assessment and coaching call by December 18, 2019, to be eligible for points.

Retirement readiness assessment and coaching call (125 points)

(Suggested for those within 15 years of retirement)
Take this online assessment to find out where you stand and what you can do to better prepare for a retirement lifestyle that's meaningful to you. Follow up with a coaching call to get practical insights on how to build and protect your nest egg. Complete your assessment and coaching call by December 18, 2019, to be eligible for points.

While the Financial Fitness Assessment is geared towards employees and working spouses/partners, nonworking spouses may also find it valuable to complete the assessment. It's important for nonworking spouses to actively participate in and fully understand the family's financial planning, including topics like cash and debt management, sources of retirement income, insurance protection, and estate plans.

To ensure confidentiality, PwC does not disclose/identify individual participant responses to BP or other third parties and shares activity completion information for the sole purpose of recording your wellness points in the Points Bank. Please be assured that you will not receive solicitations from other vendors for additional products or services, and your individual responses are strictly confidential.

Financial wellness classes (125 points each)

Get the information you need to make smart financial decisions. Choose from a wide variety of personal financial topics, brought to you by PwC's award-winning financial education team. View the online class and complete the knowledge check questions by December 31, 2019, to be eligible for points. You'll find the classes on PwC Envision™. Go to LifeBenefits, then Quick Links, PwC – financial wellness. If it's your first time accessing PwC Envision, you'll be asked to answer a few quick questions to customize the site for you.

Financial digital workshops (25 points each, maximum of 125 points)

Learn about financial planning topics that match your interests. View a brief digital workshop and complete the knowledge check questions by December 31, 2019, to be eligible for points. You'll find the financial digital workshops on PwC Envision™. Go to LifeBenefits, then Quick Links, PwC – financial wellness. If it's your first time accessing PwC Envision, you'll be asked to answer a few quick questions to customize the site for you.

Financial coaching call series (250 points)

Work towards specific financial goals with the help of a PwC financial coach. Sign up for the goal you want to achieve (pay down debt, save for education expenses, buy my first home, plan for retirement, protect my assets, or prepare for the unexpected). Then complete three telephone coaching sessions.

You must schedule your first telephone coaching session by September 15, 2019, and complete your three sessions by December 18, 2019, to be eligible to earn points for the current calendar year. If you complete your third call after the deadline, your activity completion will be recorded for the next calendar year. Visit PwC Envision™ to sign up. In addition to points-eligible activities, the financial wellness program offers phone and online support to BP employees throughout the year.

PwC CounseLine™ – Get free, confidential guidance from a PwC financial coach by calling 1-866-237-6165 Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm Central Time. There is never a sales pitch — PwC doesn't sell or endorse financial products; the information provided is intended to help you make educated financial decisions. PwC financial coaches have helped thousands of employees answer questions like:
  • How much should I be saving for retirement?
  • Will I have enough to send my kids to college?
  • What options do I have for using the money in my HSA?
  • Do I have enough insurance coverage?
  • Should I save more or pay down my debts?
  • How do I decide which pension option to select?

If it's your first time accessing PwC Envision on a mobile device, you'll see a pop up notice at the bottom of your screen to add the PwC Envision icon to your devices's homescreen for easy access going forward.

If you don't see the pop up. click the center icon on Apple Safari browsers (square with arrow up) to add the PwC Envision icon to your homescreen. On Google Chrome, click More Options (vertical ellipsis/three dots) and select Add to Home screen.
