New this year: You and your spouse/partner can now earn up to 750 points through financial wellness programs offered by PwC. To access these points-eligible activities, visit the StayWell portal and select Financial Wellness from My Points or visit LifeBenefits, then Quick Links, PwC – financial wellness.

Financial fitness assessment and coaching call (125 points)

An annual financial checkup should be part of everyone's financial plan. Complete a quick online assessment, discuss your results with a financial coach, and move toward a more secure future.


Retirement readiness assessment and coaching call (125 points)

(For employees and spouses/partners age 45+)
Take this online assessment to find out where you stand and what you can do to better prepare for a retirement lifestyle that's meaningful to you. Follow up with a coaching call to get practical insights on how to build and protect your nest egg.

Look for an email invitation from PwC with your personalized link to the Financial Fitness Assessment and/or Retirement Readiness Assessment. Contact PwC at to request that a personalized link be sent to your spouse/partner.

While the Financial Fitness Assessment is geared towards employees and working spouses/partners, nonworking spouses may also find it valuable to complete the assessment. It's important for nonworking spouses to actively participate in and fully understand the family's financial planning, including topics like cash and debt management, sources of retirement income, insurance protection, and estate plans.

To ensure confidentiality, PwC does not disclose/identify individual participant responses to BP or other third parties and shares activity completion information for the sole purpose of recording your wellness points in the Points Bank. Please be assured that you will not receive solicitations from other vendors for additional products or services, and your individual responses are strictly confidential.

Check out one of the many personal financial classes from PwC's award-winning financial education program, including a new class on "Financial planning for families supporting loved ones with special needs."

Financial digital workshops (25 points each, maximum of 125 points)

Learn about financial planning topics that match your interests. View a brief digital workshop and complete the knowledge check questions.

Financial coaching call series (250 points)

Work towards specific financial goals with the help of a PwC financial counselor. Sign up for the goal you want to achieve (pay down debt, save for education expenses, buy my first home, plan for retirement, protect my assets, or prepare for the unexpected). Then complete three telephone counseling sessions.

You must schedule your first telephone counseling session by September 15, 2019, and complete your three sessions by December 18, 2019, in order to earn points for the current calendar year. If you complete your third call after the deadline, your activity completion will be recorded for the next calendar year. Email PwC at for information.

PwC CounseLineTM – Get free, confidential guidance from a PwC financial counselor by calling 1-866-237-6165 Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm Central Time. There is never a sales pitch — PwC doesn't sell or endorse financial products; the information provided is intended to help you make educated financial decisions. PwC financial counselors have helped thousands of employees answer questions like:

You'll find tools to help you set goals and track your progress in areas like retirement planning, spending, saving, and managing debt, plus you'll have easy access to PwC financial counselors for support. If it's your first time accessing PwC EnvisionTM, you'll be asked to complete a quick survey to customize the site for you.
