Additional information specific to individuals who exited bp under a severance program

Engaging the services of a former bp employee who exited under an involuntary or voluntary severance program in any capacity (either as a direct hire or through a third-party) is prohibited for a period of 12 months from the individual’s exit date from bp. Any reengagement within 12 months of a former employees who exited under severance is subject to additional levels of approval beyond those defined in the US Engaging the Services of Former Employees Policy.
