Supporting you and your growing family

Growing your family and welcoming a new child is a very exciting time. At BP, you are provided with a variety of policies and benefits that focus on the health and well-being of you and your growing family. BP’s family support policies provide a combination of paid and unpaid time-off so that you can take time away to focus on bonding with your new addition. And, our support doesn’t stop at time off. BP offers many ways to support you and your family including wellness resources, finding childcare and helping you prepare for returning to work.
